声襞（plicœ vocales；下声带或真声带）与发声有关，其内包含两条坚韧的纤维带，称为声韧带（ligamenta vocales；甲杓下韧带）。
每条韧带由一束黄色弹性组织构成，前方附着于甲状软骨角，后方附着于杓状软骨的声带突。其下缘与弹性圆锥的薄侧部相延续。其上缘构成喉室的下界。外侧，声肌与其平行走行。其内侧面被覆黏膜，该黏膜极薄，且与韧带表面紧密贴附。
