后床突
Processus clinoideus posterior
定义
鞍背两侧有明显的骨性突起，称为后床突。鞍背及其突起为鞍膈后缘提供支撑，鞍膈覆盖于垂体上方。此外，后床突是小脑幕外侧缘或后缘的附着部位。该硬脑膜伸展覆盖于颅后窝及其内容物之上。其U形前游离缘向前延伸，附着于前床突。
