足底内侧动脉浅支

定义
足底内侧动脉浅支起自足底内侧动脉（MPA），后者为胫后动脉的分支，行于拇展肌与趾短屈肌之间。该浅支随后向远端延续，终止为第一跖底动脉，供应第一跖骨区，并发出细小分支至拇展肌的远侧部分。[1]
在某些解剖变异中，MPA 可缺乏深支，仅以浅支形式延续，向拇展肌提供近侧及远侧侧支供血。[1] MPA 浅支还发出穿支，对皮瓣设计至关重要，例如足底内侧动脉穿支（MPAP）皮瓣，该皮瓣用于重建外科手术。[2]
