Septum femorale
定义
股环由腹膜外脂肪组织中一个较为致密的部分封闭，称为股环隔（septum femorale；股隔），其腹面承托一个小淋巴结，并由腹膜壁层覆盖。
股环隔被多条淋巴管穿行，这些淋巴管从腹股沟深淋巴结走向髂外淋巴结；其正上方的腹膜壁层呈现一浅凹，称为股窝。
