伸肌上支持带（小腿横韧带）将趾长伸肌、姆长伸肌、第三腓骨肌及胫骨前肌的肌腱束缚于胫骨与腓骨前面的下行途中；其深面亦可见胫前血管及腓深神经。该支持带外侧附着于腓骨下端，内侧附着于胫骨；其上方与小腿筋膜相延续。
