岩上窦（sinus petrosus superior）细小而狭窄，连接海绵窦与横窦。
它自海绵窦后端向外侧及后方走行，跨越三叉神经，位于小脑幕的附着缘及颞骨岩上沟内；在横窦沿颞骨乳突部内面向下弯曲处与横窦汇合。它接收部分小脑静脉、大脑下静脉以及来自鼓室的静脉。
