Substantia perforata anterior
定义
前穿质是位于视束前方、嗅三角后方的不规则四边形区域，两者之间由第一裂分隔；其内侧和前方与胼胝体下回相延续；外侧以嗅束外侧纹为界，并延续至钩回。其灰质在上方与纹状体的灰质相融合，前方有众多细小血管穿入。
