主动脉弓沟
Sulcus arcus aortae
定义
在左肺，紧邻肺门上方，有一条由主动脉弓压迫形成的明显弧形沟（主动脉弓压迹），自此向上延伸至肺尖处有一条容纳左锁骨下动脉的沟；在该沟前方、靠近肺缘处有一浅压迹，容纳左无名静脉（头臂静脉压迹）。在肺门及肺韧带后方，有一条由降主动脉形成的纵行沟，其前方近肺底处，食管下段形成一浅压迹。
