食管沟
Sulcus oesophageus
定义
在右肺，紧靠肺门上方，有一弓形沟，容纳奇静脉（奇静脉沟）；向上走行，继而在距肺尖稍下方弓形弯向外侧，为上腔静脉沟（上腔静脉沟）和右头臂静脉沟（头臂静脉沟）；其后方，靠近肺尖处，有一容纳头臂动脉的压迹。在肺门及肺韧带附着处的后方，有一食管的纵行压迹（食管沟）；由于食管下部偏向正中线左侧，该沟向下逐渐变得不明显。在食管沟下部的前方及右侧，有一深凹，容纳下腔静脉胸部的心包外段（下腔静脉沟）。
