距状沟
Sulcus calcarinus
定义
距状沟是位于枕叶皮质的一条重要沟回。它将其上方的楔叶（或楔回）与其下方的脑回分隔开来，下方的脑回称为舌部（或舌回）。距状沟可在枕叶皮质的内侧面观察到。在距状沟两侧，存在一个称为布罗德曼17区的初级视觉区域，该区域横跨楔叶和舌回。楔叶构成距状沟的上唇，而舌回构成其下唇。
