下丘脑沟

定义
下丘脑沟是指将丘脑（上方）与下丘脑（下方）分隔开的一条浅沟。丘脑与下丘脑共同构成第三脑室的侧壁。下丘脑沟通过分隔上述两个结构，界定了下丘脑的上界。该沟自前方的室间孔（又称Monroe孔）向后延伸，直至大脑水管。
