梨鞘沟
Sulcus vomerovaginalis
定义
梨鞘沟是位于蝶骨鞘突上表面的一条水平骨性沟。它从前向背延伸。随着蝶骨鞘突向内生长，梨鞘沟转变为犁鞘管，又称蝶犁管（canalis vomerovaginalis）。该管位于犁骨翼状突起（即犁骨翼）的下方，犁骨翼与鞘突相互重叠。
