定义
咽基底筋膜（咽腱膜；纤维层）是位于黏膜层与肌层之间的黏膜下层结构。它将咽壁附着于颅底。
上部较厚，该处肌纤维缺如，并与枕骨基底部及颞骨岩部牢固相连。
向下行进时，厚度逐渐减小，并渐次消失。
其后方由一条坚韧的纤维带加强，该纤维带上方附着于枕骨基底部下面的咽结节，向下延伸形成一条正中缝，为咽缩肌提供附着。
