定义
半腱肌的远端肌腱是一个细长的结构，从半腱肌肌腹延伸至位于鹅足的止点，附着于胫骨内侧面。
半腱肌属于腘绳肌群，其特征为腱划将其分为近端和远端两个间隔。半腱肌远端肌腱止于膝关节内侧面，具体位于鹅足处，在此与缝匠肌和股薄肌的肌腱汇合。[1-2]
远端肌腱具有重要的临床意义，因其常被用于前交叉韧带（ACL）重建手术中的移植物采集。该肌腱以其长度和强度著称，是常用的移植物选择。半腱肌远端肌腱的解剖结构包括肌腱连接部，这是一种特化结构，肌纤维在此过渡为腱纤维，从而实现从肌肉到骨骼的力传导。[1][3]
