心肉柱

肉柱是圆形或不规则的肌性柱状结构，从心室内表面的各处向内突出。
其形态分为三种，与右侧相似，但数量更多，尤其在心尖部及心室后壁处交织密集：部分肉柱沿其全长附着于一侧壁，仅形成突出的嵴状结构；另一些肉柱两端固定，中间游离；第三种（乳头肌）以其基底部与心室壁相延续，而其顶端则发出腱索，腱索延伸并附着于二尖瓣的瓣叶上。
