髂腔束

定义
髂胫束（ITT；髂胫带，ITB；Maissiat束），是一条厚实的筋膜带，从骨盆的髂嵴向下延伸至胫骨外侧部，具体止于髂胫束结节（Gerdy结节）。
髂胫束是阔筋膜的外侧增厚部分，阔筋膜包裹大腿，并与股骨、髌骨及胫骨有重要连接，在稳定膝关节方面发挥重要作用，尤其是在跑步和步行等活动中。髂胫束还参与将臀大肌和阔筋膜张肌的力量传递至膝关节外侧。
