臼齿后三角
Trigonum retromolare
定义
磨牙后三角，又称磨牙后窝、磨牙后间隙或磨牙后隙，是位于下颌骨（mandible）两侧第三磨牙后方的三角形下降区域。其边界定义如下：
- 外侧界：下颌支前缘的锐缘，与斜线相延续；
- 内侧界：颞嵴，起自冠突尖，沿其内侧面向下延伸至第三磨牙；
- 前界：第三磨牙的远中面，若智齿未萌出，则为第二磨牙的远中面。
翼下颌缝从翼内板钩突延伸，附着于下颌舌骨线后部，邻近磨牙后三角。
磨牙后三角是定位下牙槽神经阻滞注射位点的重要解剖标志。进针点通常略位于三角上方，朝向与该三角密切相关的翼下颌缝。准确识别此区域有助于将针尖引导至下颌孔，即下牙槽神经进入下颌骨的位置。
