大转子
Trochanter major
定义
大转子为股骨近端在股骨颈与股骨体交界处的四边形骨性隆起。其上后面向后内侧延伸，越过股骨颈后部；在该悬垂部的内侧可见深在的转子窝。其外侧面与股骨体外侧面平滑过渡。
髋关节的深层外旋肌止于大转子：1）梨状肌止于大转子顶端；2）闭孔内肌及孖肌（上孖肌、下孖肌）止于悬垂部内侧粗糙区；3）闭孔外肌直接止于转子窝。
此外，中臀肌与小臀肌亦止于大转子。
