第三转子

Trochanter tertius

定义

第三转子为圆钝的骨性隆起，偶见于股骨近端后面、臀肌粗隆的上方。

需注意，臀肌粗隆为股骨粗线向近端外侧延续、指向大转子的部分。无论是否存在第三转子，臀肌粗隆均为臀大肌的附着处。
