定义
睑结膜（睑部）厚而不透明，血管丰富，表面覆有大量乳头，其深层含有相当数量的淋巴样组织。在睑缘处，睑结膜与睑板腺导管的内衬黏膜相延续，并经泪小管与泪囊及鼻泪管的内衬黏膜相连。在上睑的外侧角，泪腺导管开口于其游离面；在内侧角，结膜形成一半月形皱襞，称为半月皱襞。结膜自上睑反折至眼球处的折返线称为结膜上穹，自下睑反折处称为结膜下穹。
