耳管的黏膜前方与咽鼻部的黏膜相延续，后方与鼓室的黏膜相延续；黏膜表面覆盖纤毛上皮，在骨性部分较薄，而在软骨性部分含有许多黏液腺，并在咽口附近有大量腺样组织，即管腺（咽鼓管扁桃体）。
