髂总静脉
Vena iliaca communis
定义
髂总静脉由髂外静脉与髂内静脉在骶髂关节前方汇合而成；斜向右上方走行，于第五腰椎处两侧髂总静脉以锐角相互汇合，形成髂总静脉汇合处，进而形成下腔静脉。
右髂总静脉较左侧短，走行方向近乎垂直，先行于同侧动脉后方，继而转至其外侧上行。
左髂总静脉较右侧长，走行更为斜行，起初位于同侧动脉的内侧，继而走行于右髂总静脉后方。
每侧髂总静脉均接收髂腰静脉的血液，有时亦接收骶外侧静脉的血液。左髂总静脉除上述属支外，还接收骶正中静脉的血液。
这些静脉内均无静脉瓣。
