定义
两条大脑内静脉属于深部大脑静脉组，负责引流大脑半球深部的血液；每条大脑内静脉均在室间孔（Monroe孔）附近，由丘脑纹状体上静脉与脉络膜上静脉汇合而成。
两条大脑内静脉相互平行，向后走行于第三脑室脉络组织的两层之间，并经过胼胝体压部下方，在此处汇合形成一条短干，即Galen大脑大静脉；在汇合之前，每条大脑内静脉分别接收同侧的大脑底静脉。
