胸骨前淋巴结是位于胸腔颅侧部的淋巴结，沿胸骨背侧面分布。它们隶属于腹侧胸淋巴中心，参与胸腔腹侧结构的淋巴引流。

这些淋巴结通常位于胸廓内血管附近，在纵隔腹侧内，与第一胸骨节片相对。

这些淋巴结主要接收来自胸壁腹侧、膈颅侧部、心包及某些纵隔结构的淋巴，继而引流至纵隔淋巴结和胸淋巴干。
