胸导管
Ductus thoracicus
定义
胸导管是负责将体内大部分区域（除右侧前肢、头颈部右侧及右侧胸腔外）的淋巴液引流入静脉系统的主要淋巴管。它起源于乳糜池，乳糜池是一个扩张的淋巴囊，位于前几节腰椎椎体的腹侧，在犬通常位于第1至第4腰椎之间，随后向颅侧上行，穿过膈的主动脉裂孔进入胸腔。
在胸腔内，胸导管通常行于主动脉的背侧偏右，随后在大多数物种的第5至第7胸椎水平处越至左侧。在犬，胸导管最常见于胸腔尾侧部的背侧偏右位置，尤其在胸腔颅侧部可能存在多个分支或副管。胸导管沿纵隔背侧向颅侧走行，通常位于主动脉与奇静脉之间，并位于食管的背侧。
在胸廓入口处，胸导管向外侧及腹侧弯曲，最常终止于左颈静脉-锁骨下静脉角（即左锁骨下静脉与颈内静脉的汇合处），但解剖变异较为常见（胸导管可终止于左静脉角、左颈内静脉、左锁骨下静脉，甚至右静脉角，且环形结构或多处终止的情况亦属常见）。
胸导管在上行过程中接收来自肋间淋巴干、纵隔淋巴干、支气管纵隔淋巴干及其他区域淋巴干的淋巴液。
