颈腹侧锯肌
Musculus serratus ventralis cervicis
定义
颈腹侧锯肌是一块呈锯齿状的扇形肌肉，从尾侧颈椎的横突延伸至肩胛骨的锯齿面。
起点： 肩胛骨锯齿面。
止点： 最后五个颈椎的横突。
功能： 支撑躯干，使躯干前后移动；使肩部相对于肢体前后移动。
神经： 颈神经腹侧支。
作者注：在某些物种中（主要是肉食动物），颈腹侧锯肌（serratus ventralis cervicis）与胸腹侧锯肌（serratus ventralis thoracis）相互延续，通常被合并描述。我们认为这种处理方式并不妥当，原因如下：
- 腹侧锯肌与背侧锯肌之间由背侧斜角肌明确分隔。
- 在人体中，与之同源的肌肉为两块独立的肌肉：颈腹侧锯肌对应肩胛提肌，胸腹侧锯肌对应前锯肌。
- 在第五版《兽医解剖学命名法》（NAV）中，两者的层级归属（分类学上的上级类目）并不相同，分别归属于颈部肌肉或胸部肌肉。
