颈棘肌是棘肌的颈部部分，为胸棘肌向前的延续，附着于颈椎棘突。
起点： 胸棘肌的向前延伸部分（跨越一个或多个胸椎棘突，有时也包括最后一块颈椎）
止点： 第五至第二颈椎棘突
功能： 固定胸段脊柱并伸展颈部
神经： 颈神经和胸神经的背侧支
