Membrana pontis anterioris
Definition
The anterior pontine membrane separates the cerebellopontine cistern from the prepontine cistern.
Insertions: from the Ill nerve cuff runs straight downward to the VI nerce apparent emergence at the pontomedullaris junction
Main relations: prepontine cistern between right and left anterior prepontine membranes/ conforms the medial wall of the cerebellopontine cistern
