The apicoposterior segmental bronchus of the left lung is the bronchus that supplies the apicoposterior segment (segment I+II) of the left upper lobe. It represents a combined segment unique to the left lung, corresponding to the separate apical (segment I) and posterior (segment II) segmental bronchi found in the right upper lobe.

It arises as one of the divisions of the superior lobar bronchus. The left upper lobe bronchus typically divides into two main branches: the superior division (which gives rise to the apicoposterior and anterior segmental bronchi) and the inferior division (the lingular bronchus).

The apicoposterior segmental bronchus supplies the apicoposterior bronchopulmonary segment, which occupies the apex and posterior aspect of the left upper lobe.
