Regions of human body
Regiones corporis humani
Definition
The human body is divided into different regions. In the Terminologia Anatomica 1 and 2, these regions refer to the landmarks that are provided by evident structures that are easily palpable or visible, known as surface anatomy. So the term "regions of the human body" should not confused with the term "parts of human body".
