Area arteriae chorioideae anterioris
定义
AChA 的供血区域包括海马、内囊后肢，并向上延伸至侧脑室中央部后方外侧区域。
卒中模式：纯运动障碍或运动与感觉功能障碍。较少见：3H 综合征（偏瘫、偏身感觉减退、偏盲）。可出现发音过低及异常运动（底神经节受累）。
