外侧豆纹动脉区域
Area arterie lenticulostrati lateralis
定义
外侧豆纹穿通动脉是大脑中动脉（MCA）水平段M1段的分支，供应一个边界清晰的区域（尾状核头部上部和体部、大部分苍白球和壳核，以及内囊后肢），该区域在梗死时可独立于MCA主要皮质供血区而受累或幸免。
卒中模式：左侧及右侧梗死：由于左侧底神经节（苍白球与纹状体）及内囊膝部受损，导致对侧纯上运动神经元性偏瘫。较大范围梗死延伸至皮质时，可产生皮质功能缺损，如失语症。
