耳后动脉
Arteria auricularis posterior

耳后动脉较细小，起自颈外动脉，位于二腹肌和茎突舌骨肌的上方，与茎突尖端相对处。它在腮腺覆盖下，沿颞骨茎突上行，至耳廓软骨与乳突之间的沟处，并在该沟的稍上方分为耳支和枕支。
除发出数条细小分支至二腹肌、茎突舌骨肌、胸锁乳突肌及腮腺外，该血管还发出以下三条分支：
- 茎乳突支
- 耳支
- 枕支
