肱骨前回旋支（a. circumflexa humeri anterior；前回旋支）比肱骨后回旋支细小许多，起自腋动脉外侧，其起点几乎与肱骨后回旋支相对。
该动脉水平走行，经喙肱肌和肱二头肌短头深面，行于肱骨颈前方。到达结节间沟时，发出一支分支沿沟上行，供应肱骨头及肩关节。血管主干随后继续向前，行于肱二头肌长头和三角肌深面，并与肱骨后回旋支相吻合。
