肩峰支向外侧走行，经过喙突上方及三角肌下方，并向该肌发出分支；随后穿过三角肌，终止于肩峰处的动脉网，该动脉网由肩胛横动脉、胸肩峰动脉及肱骨后旋动脉的分支共同构成。
