髌下深囊
Bursa infrapatellaris profunda
定义
髌下深囊位于髌腱远端38%部分的正后方，恰在其止点附着于胫骨结节的近侧。该滑囊不与膝关节相通。其在胫骨结节最近端边缘处的平均宽度略宽于髌腱远端的平均宽度。髌下深囊被一个源自髌后脂肪垫的脂肪垫裙部分分隔，将其分为前、后两个肌腔隙。[1]
磁共振成像（MRI）研究表明，髌下深囊在所有病例中均延伸超过髌腱的外侧缘，且常可观察到部分分隔该结构的脂肪裙。[2] 髌下深囊在颅尾方向、内外侧方向及前后方向上的尺寸分别约为25 mm、28.7 mm和6 mm。[2]
