髌上囊
Bursa suprapatellaris

髌上囊位于髌骨近端深层，介于股四头肌腱与股骨前面之间，自髌骨向近端延伸。
在85%的人群中，髌上囊通常与膝关节腔相通，在此情况下可称为膝关节腔髌上隐窝，但这种交通关系可受髌上隔的存在与类型的影响。
其功能在于减少股四头肌腱与股骨之间的摩擦。
髌上隔在解剖上存在变异，目前已确认四种主要类型：完整隔、穿孔隔、残余隔及消失隔。隔的类型决定了髌上囊与膝关节腔之间的交通程度。[1-2] 此外，在膝关节伸展过程中，髌上囊可由单层膜结构转变为双层膜结构，这一变化可能在限制膝关节活动范围及导致屈曲约90度时疼痛方面具有一定作用。[3]
膝关节肌与膝关节前面关系密切，在膝关节运动过程中可通过上提或回缩髌上囊而影响其动态变化。[4] 深入了解髌上囊的解剖结构及其变异，对于诊断和处理髌上滑囊炎及其他累及该区域的病理状态至关重要。
