梨状肌囊
Bursa musculi piriformis
定义
梨状肌滑囊（臀中肌后下滑囊）位于梨状肌肌腱下方，在大转子顶端的后方。该滑囊位于梨状肌肌腱止点上，并沿其轮廓分布。其浅面与臀中肌肌腱的深面相接触，且常与之粘连。在日常实践中，在MRI上很难将其与臀中肌转子滑囊（臀中肌前下滑囊）相区分。
梨状肌滑囊的功能是减少梨状肌肌腱与其下方结构（如臀中肌和大转子）之间的摩擦。其内衬滑膜，以疏松结缔组织型为主，为肌腱在肌肉收缩和运动过程中的滑动提供光滑表面。[1-2]
