胰头
Caput pancreatis
定义
胰头（caput pancreatis）前后方向扁平，嵌于十二指肠的弯曲之内。其上缘被十二指肠上部所覆盖，下缘则覆盖十二指肠水平部；其左、右缘在前面与十二指肠降部及升部相互重叠，并于后面插入其间。
下缘与左外侧缘交角处形成一延伸突起，称为钩突。在十二指肠与右外侧缘及下缘之间的前方沟内，有相互吻合的胰十二指肠上动脉和胰十二指肠下动脉走行；胆总管在后方沿右缘下行，终止于十二指肠降部。
