定义
乳糜池（Chyle cistern；Cistern of Pecquet）是一个细长的囊状淋巴结构，位于胸导管腹部的上方。其通常位于T12至L2椎体水平，但位置可变，范围从T10至L3。
在解剖学上，乳糜池在大小、形态及形状方面具有高度变异性。其最大直径范围为2至32毫米，长度范围为13至80毫米。该结构可表现为粗管或细管状、腊肠形液体积聚，或局灶性丛状结构。乳糜池最常见的位置位于腹主动脉的右背外侧。
乳糜池作为重要的淋巴储存库，收集来自腹部、盆腔脏器及下肢的淋巴液，再将其引流入胸导管。
