小角（小舌骨角，角舌骨）是两个小的锥形隆起，以其基底附着于舌骨体与大角连接处的角部。它们通过纤维组织与舌骨体相连，偶尔通过明显的双轴滑膜关节与大角相连，这些关节通常终身存在，但偶尔发生骨性强直。
