上颌体

定义
上颌骨体是上颌骨的中央核心部分。其形态呈锥形，底部朝向内侧的鼻部，尖端朝向外侧的颧突。上颌骨体内部有一个较大的含气腔隙，称为上颌窦。上颌骨体向外延伸出四个独立的突起，与面颅其他部分相连接，分别为：颧突（与颧骨相连）、额突（与额骨相连）、牙槽突（与上颌牙列相关）及腭突（与腭相关）。
