泪前嵴

上颌骨额突的后缘较厚，并凹陷成一条沟，该沟向下与上颌骨体鼻面上的泪沟相延续：沟的内侧缘与泪骨前缘相关节，使泪骨上相应的沟与之相连续，两者共同构成容纳泪囊的泪囊窝。该沟的外侧缘称为泪前嵴，向下与眶缘相延续；在其与眶面的交界处有一小结节，称为泪结节，可作为泪囊位置的定位标志。
