定义
膈右脚是一个起源于腰椎的肌性结构。它起自上三节腰椎椎体前外侧面及椎间盘，并与前纵韧带融合。膈右脚在其椎骨附着处为腱性结构，向近端呈扇形展开后逐渐移行为肌性结构，与膈本体融合。
右脚较左脚更宽大、更长，起自上三节腰椎椎体前面及椎间纤维软骨，而左脚仅起自上两节腰椎相应部位。两脚的内侧腱性缘向前内方走行，在中线处汇合，形成跨越主动脉前方的弓形结构，称为正中弓状韧带（此弓形结构常不甚明显）。
