内侧弓状韧带（内侧腰肋弓；内侧Haller弓；内弓状韧带）是覆盖于腰大肌上部筋膜中的一个腱弓；在内侧，它与相应小腿的外侧腱性缘相延续，并附着于第一或第二腰椎骨椎体的侧面；在外侧，它固定于第一腰椎骨横突的前面，有时也固定于第二腰椎骨横突的前面。
内侧弓状韧带不同于正中弓状韧带，后者是连接膈肌两侧小腿的纤维带，可压迫腹腔动脉，从而导致正中弓状韧带综合征。
