关节盘（半月板）是存在于多个关节中的薄而椭圆形的纤维软骨板，用于分隔滑膜腔。腔隙的分隔使每个腔内能够发生独立的运动。
例如：膝关节半月板、颞下颌关节或胸锁关节的关节盘。
