定义
十二指肠升部（D4）（pars ascendens；第四部分）长约2.5厘米。
它在主动脉左侧上行，直至第二腰椎上缘水平，在此处急转向前移行为空肠，形成十二指肠空肠曲。
它位于左侧腰大肌和左侧肾血管的前方，其前面及部分侧面被腹膜覆盖，该腹膜与肠系膜左侧部分相延续。
