前外侧面朝向上方外侧，该处表面光滑、圆润，被三角肌覆盖；朝向前下方外侧，该处自上而下略呈凹陷，为肱肌部分起点所在。此面中部有一粗糙的三角形隆起，即三角肌粗隆，为三角肌的止点；其下方为桡神经沟，斜向由后向前向下走行，其内走行有桡神经及肱深动脉。
