定义
内侧缘从小结节延伸至内上髁。其上三分之一由一条显著的嵴构成，即小结节嵴，为大圆肌腱的止点。约在其中部有一浅压迹，为喙肱肌的止点，其稍下方为滋养管入口，方向朝下；有时在桡神经沟起始处还存在第二个滋养管。该缘的下三分之一隆起形成一条浅嵴，即内侧髁上嵴，向下逐渐变得十分显著；该嵴呈现前唇，为肱肌和旋前圆肌的起点，后唇为肱三头肌内侧头的起点，以及中间嵴为内侧肌间隔的附着处。
