定义
内侧缘自小结节延伸至内上髁。其上三分之一由一明显嵴构成，即小结节嵴，大圆肌的肌腱附着于此。约在其中部有一浅压迹，为喙肱肌的附着处，其稍下方为滋养管的入口，方向朝下；有时在桡神经沟起始处存在第二条滋养管。此缘的下三分之一隆起形成一浅嵴，即内侧髁上嵴，向下逐渐显著突出；其前唇为肱肌和旋前圆肌的起点，后唇为肱三头肌内侧头的起点，中间嵴则为内侧肌间隔的附着处。
